1. Introduction

Welcome to BoulderingTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BoulderingTracker application and services provided by Soothing Relaxation AS, located in Trondheim, Norway.

2. Subscription & Payments

BoulderingTracker operates on a subscription model of €10 per year. This fee provides full access to all features, including ad-free logging and analytics. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BoulderingTracker are the exclusive property of Soothing Relaxation AS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BoulderingTracker is provided "as is". Soothing Relaxation AS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Trondheim, Norway.
